Vera Homem, PhD profile page

Dr. Vera Homem holds a degree in chemical engineering and a PhD in environmental engineering. She is currently an assistant professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), member of the Laboratory of Process, Environmental, Biotechnological and Energy Engineering (LEPABE) and of ALiCE, the largest Portuguese associate laboratory in the field of chemical engineering. Her research career has focused on analytical chemistry, in particular instrumental analytical methods applied to environmental and food matrices, trace contaminant monitoring and human and environmental risk assessment.
